Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month (except July & August) at 1930 hrs (7:30pm).

Meetings are located at Bloomington Civic Plaza (City Hall) located at 1800 Old Shakopee Road (intersection of Logan Ave South) in the Haeg Room in the upper level of the building.
